Right now during this COVID-19 crisis, we’re all having to learn to live in the present. As things change daily, we can only focus on today. It can feel nerve-wrecking not being able to plan everything years, months, or even just weeks ahead, but learning how to practice mindfulness and appreciate the day ahead of you is an invaluable skill to have.
You might usually measure success by looking at the big picture, but take the time to notice the successes that are around you right now: the talented team you’ve built, the clients that appreciate the work you do for them, and the projects you’re currently working on.
